Neuralgia triggered by cold, especially trigeminal neuralgia
Neuralgia with any localization, if provoked or aggravated by cold, accompanied by tingling and numbness
ACONITUM NAPELLUS - Cardiovascular Indications
All cardiovascular manifestations accompanied by agitation, anxiety, or fear of imminent death respond to Aconite, but particularly in the following clinical pictures.
Bouts of hypertension with tachycardia, hard pulse, congestive headache, hot red face, any symptomatology suggestive of any impending stroke
Paroxysmal tachycardia (after sharp chill or fear)
Anginal attacks (especially if triggered by a sharp chill), with fear of death, constriction of the thorax, paresthesia of the left arm.
Hemorrhages of the arterial type with hot, shiny, bright red blood.
ACONITUM NAPELLUS - Acute Febrile States
Any acute pyrexia whatever its diagnosis or origin (microbial, viral, thermal), if the reactive picture corresponds to the characteristics of the pathogenetic picture of Aconite:
rhinopharyngitis, sore throat, etc... laryngitis with croupy cough ++ (towards midnight) green diarrhea with spasmodic colic (after a chill)
Heat stroke, sunstroke, with dry red skin (sweating points rather to the prescription of Belladonna).ACONITUM NAPELLUS - Other indications
Amenorrhea, secondary to fears or to chills.
