This complex offers three important minerals including an advanced chelate form which enhances absorption.

Usage Calcium and Magnesium are essential for proper bone development, muscle function and reproduction. Both minerals are involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions which produce energy. Calcium and Magnesium are also necessary for muscle function, providing the mechanism for muscle contraction and relaxation including the heart muscle. Zinc is present in all tissues, organs, and secretions of the body. Zinc is found in particularly high concentrations in the prostate and reproductive fluids.*

Recommended Daily Dosage Take three capsules twice daily with meals or water.
