Nature's Way combines vitamins A & D because of their fat soluble nature, and their relationship to bone physiology. This product contains no added artificial ingredients or preservatives. The dry form of vitamins promote easy absorption.

Usage Both vitamins are involved in the cycles of mineral and hormone balance which help to maintain normal bone formation and density. In addition, Vitamin A is an important nutrient in maintaining cell membrane integrity, normal vision and reproduction.*

Recommended Daily Dosage Take one capsule daily with a meal or water

Serving size - 1 capsule

Primary Ingredients Amount USRDA Vitamin A, retinol palmitate 15000 IU 300% Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 400 IU 100%

Other Ingredients Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Maltodextrin, Millet

Usage Warnings Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed recommended dosage. Ingestion of more than 10,000 IU of Vitamin A from Retinol may cause birth defects
