Usage Lycopene is the most powerful singlet oxygen quencher carotene available. Lycopene is more than twice as powerful as Beta Carotene as an antioxidant.*
Recommended Daily Dosage Take one capsule daily with a meal. Carotenes are best absorbed if taken with a well balanced meal.
