Suggested Use: Children under 6 - 1/4 teaspoon; 6 to 12 yrs - 1/2 teaspoon; 12 yrs or older - 1 teaspoon and may have 3 servings per day. Mix in juice, protein drinks or sprinkle on cereal or fruit. When taking antibiotics, wait two hours before ingesting. For maximum potency refrigerate.
