Planetary Formulas CholestGar consists of a concentrate of garlic cloves (yielding 8,000 ppm of allicin per gram), and the classic Ayurvedic compound Yogaraj Guggul. Both garlic and guggul have been widely studied for their ability to help maintain normal cholesterol levels when consumed as part of a total dietary program.
