GLA-240 is cold pressed, hexane free oil from Borage (Borago officinalis) seeds. Borage Oil is the highest potency source of gla available, at 22-25% Gammalinolenic Acid (gla). To ensure protection and product stability, Jarrow Formulas has added the antioxidant gamma Tocopherol, a vitamin E.

The fatty acid profile of Borage Oil is as follows:

Linoleic Acid (18:2:6) 36%
Oleic Acid (18:1:9) 17%
