Jarrow Formulas uses inulin from chicory which is a source of FOS to encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria. Jarro-Dophilus + FOS survives stomach acid and implants. FOS are natural carbohydrates that enhance replication of beneficial bacteria. Each Jarro-Dophilus + FOS 280 mg capsule contains:
