Alpha GPC
Clinical research in humans and animals has demonstrated that GPC (L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) helps support higher brain function, mental acuity, and the release of human growth hormone. GPC is a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and the membrane constituent phosphatidylcholine. Research suggests that it is more bioavailable than other forms of choline for the maintenance of learning and memory.
Suggested Use: 2 capsules twice daily for the first 4 weeks, thereafter 1 capsule twice daily, or as recommended by your health care professional.
Excipients: gelatin (capsule) and magnesium stearate.
Warning: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your health care professional before using this product if you are currently taking acetylcholinesterase inhibitors such as rivastigmine (Exelon) or Donepezil (Aricept) or if you experience side effects such as heartburn, nausea, insomnia or headache.
