Gamma E 400
New research indicates Gamma E supports activity of the alpha form and actually increases tocopherol concentrations in the body. Gamma E 400 offers the ideal 3:1 gamma to alpha-tocopherol ratio (200 IU D-alpha equals 133 mg vs. 400 mg gamma E). Gamma is a more effective COX-2 enzyme inhibitor* and antioxidant than alpha vitamin E. Gamma E inhibits lipid perioxidation*, supporting cardiovascular health. Most food we eat contains higher concentrations of the gamma form of vitamin E than alpha. Includes 5 mg tocotrienols as well as alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols.
